At Aakasha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all standard-sized garments. Please note that custom-made items tailored to your specific measurements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Bulgaria

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria, ensuring you retain the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
